The Research Intensive is built around your specific question — not a generic framework, not a template.
Before we do anything, we have a conversation. You tell me what you’re trying to figure out. Together we agree on exactly what to investigate and what a useful outcome looks like. Then we build it — in one focused day.
That might mean:
- Desk research into your market, your competitors, or your audience landscape
- A survey designed, scripted, and ready to send
- A feedback system built into your existing business so insights arrive automatically from now on
At the end of the day you have something real. Not a plan to do it later — the thing itself.
What’s included
Before the day We agree on scope, you prepare what’s needed, I do my groundwork.
The day itself We start with a kick-off call to confirm scope and align on what success looks like. Then I work — you’re available throughout for questions and decisions, so nothing gets built in a vacuum. By end of day you have the deliverable we agreed on: a research report, a survey ready to send, a feedback system live in your business, or something else entirely depending on what you actually need.
30 days follow-up After the day, you’re not on your own. You have async access to me via Voxer for 30 days — to ask questions, sense-check decisions, and make sure what we built actually gets used.
Because research that sits in a drawer helps nobody.
